MOBILE SWIM SCHOOL AGREEMENT
I, the parent/guardian of swimmer(s) (collectively “Client”), grant Mobile Swim School, LLC permission to conduct and instruct swim lessons at my place of residence or the agreed upon host location with participation from Client(s) including but not limited to lesson direction, activities, and open swim.
I, for myself, family, legal and personal representatives, executors, administrators, and on behalf of the Client(s), freely agree to the following terms: To the fullest extent permitted by Law, I will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Mobile Swim School, LLC (the “Company”) including its current and former trustees, officers, directors, employees, volunteer workers, agents, and interns or other parties representing the Company from and against claims, damages, losses and expenses, including but not limited to attorney's fees, arising out of, or from the performance of its operations or services and for the acts or omissions of its directors, officers, employees, contractors or subcontractors, volunteers, participants, guests or other responsible parties, regardless of whether or not such claim(s), damage(s), loss(es) or expense(s) is/are caused in part by a party indemnified hereunder. Such obligation shall not be construed to negate, abridge, or reduce other rights or obligations of indemnity that would otherwise exist in the absence of this agreement. These terms are binding and may change at any time.
MOBILE SWIM SCHOOL PAYMENT POLICY
Please review the following information carefully.
Lessons are booked and paid for online by the client. Lessons are prepaid in increments of 4. Payment renews automatically each month until you stop swimming.
Single lessons are available for purchase in full through our booking site. Although individual lessons may be booked, each individual booking is subject to approval by our staff.
MOBILE SWIM SCHOOL CANCELLATION POLICY
Please read the following carefully.
Due to the nature of our coaches' schedules, individual cancellations must be made in a timely manner. To cancel a lesson, please notify your coach and/or the office ASAP. The following time restrictions apply:
1) 48 hour notice must be given for client cancellations
2) Weather cancellations will be made by your coach no more than :30 minutes prior to your lesson start time.
Failure to properly notify the office before missing a lesson (ie no call, no show) will result in forfeiture of your lesson and payment. Failure to cancel within a timely manner will result in forfeiture of your lesson deposit.
There are no refunds. Lessons meeting the criteria outlined above will be rescheduled at your convenience.
